Dana Carroll, CRA, P.App CPPA
Dana was born in Provost, Alberta. Upon completion of high school in 2001, he moved to Red Deer, Alberta enrolling in his first year in Business. After the first year Dana transferred to Lakeland College in Vermillion, Alberta to complete an Appraisal and Assessment Diploma.
Shortly afterward, Dana came back to Red Deer and started to work as a real estate appraiser for Anderson Preece and Associates in 2005. In 2007 the company was renamed to Howard & Company and shortly after Dana was named a partner.
He obtained the Certified Residential Appraiser (CRA) designation in 2008. Dana has taken additional courses to become a Canadian Personal Property Appraiser (CPPA) and has all the courses to become a Certified Reserve Planner (CRP). Dana is now the president/owner of Red Deer Appraisals Ltd since 2016.

Isabelle Settle, B.Sc
Isabelle was born in Quebec. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Science at Laval University and worked as Occupational Therapist for 10 years in Quebec City where she met her husband. She then moved to Belize for 5 years and ran a diving resort on the Caribbean Sea.
Isabelle moved back to Canada in 2012 and settled in Central Alberta.
As real estate investor and property manager, she has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. She managed over 400 suites as executive director in senior housing community.
People person, critical thinking and attention details are her main assets that are making her very successful as an appraiser. She started as a candidate appraiser in 2019 and joined the Red Deer Appraisals team in Sept 2020.
She is diligently working towards her Certified Residential Appraiser (CRA) designation at UBC and has recently been a UBC recipient award who achieved the highest standing.
